FAQ
Will callers know it's AI?
Yes. It says it's an AI assistant for your business at the start of every call. It also tells the caller the call is recorded so it can write the summary. We don't build agents that pretend to be a person. What a caller needs is someone to take their details and when they'd like the estimate, and the agent does both.
What happens to my number?
Nothing. You keep your number and your carrier. The agent works through conditional call forwarding, which only sends a call over when you don't answer or you're already on the line. Calls you pick up never reach it. Turn forwarding off and your phone works exactly as it did before.
What does it cost?
A fixed monthly fee, quoted after the pilot. We wait until then because by day seven we both know how many calls the agent is handling and what you need it to do. The pilot itself is free and needs no card.
How long is setup?
Usually within 3 business days of getting your answers. Most of the work is on our side. You answer a short list of questions about your services, service area, hours and what counts as urgent, and we build the agent from that. Turning on call forwarding takes a few minutes on your phone.
